1. General Provisions

The «Tolmach» Service (hereinafter — the Service) provides automatic PDF document translation services using artificial intelligence technologies. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Service Description

The Service accepts PDF files, translates text content between supported languages (Ukrainian, English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Russian) and returns a translated PDF with the original formatting preserved as much as possible. Translation is performed automatically without human translators.

3. Registration and Payment

No registration required. The first 300 characters of translation are provided free as a preview. Full document translation is paid. The cost is calculated based on the volume of text and displayed before order confirmation.

4. User Rights and Obligations

By uploading a file, you confirm that you have the right to process this document. The following are prohibited:

• documents containing personal data of third parties without their consent;
• materials protected by copyright without the permission of the rights holder;
• illegal content of any nature.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service does not guarantee absolute accuracy of machine translation. The result is intended for informational and educational purposes. For official use, verification by a specialist is recommended. The Service is not liable for any damages arising from the use of translated materials.

6. Privacy

Uploaded files are stored solely for order fulfillment. Translated files are available for download for 24 hours, after which they are deleted from the server. The content of your documents is not used for model training or transferred to third parties.

7. Amendment of Terms

The Service reserves the right to modify these Terms. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
